At Vegip (https://vegip.in/), we always strive to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to your doorstep every morning within the selected time slot.

Refunds

Same-Day Return – If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, you may request a return on the same day of delivery.

Condition of Return – Items must be in their original condition and not consumed/used beyond reasonable tasting.

Refund Process – Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 1–2 working days to your original payment method or as store credit

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Important Notes

Returns are only accepted on the day of delivery.

If you are unavailable during delivery, our team will attempt re-delivery within the same time slot (subject to feasibility).

We ensure timely morning delivery; however, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@vegip.in
